.Being.

There are times when the path forward feels unclear, and we need gentle, but firm guidance to find our way though the riddle of our life. The journey of returning into a deeper relationship with ourselves is the most valuable one we can take—and YOU are the key.

Through intuitive guidance, Somatic Experiencing®,  a supportive therapeutic container, and dedication, we’ll listen to the wisdom of your body and psyche, following the innate intelligence guiding us toward wholeness. Along the way, meeting the parts of you that have always known the way home.

Services

Intuitive Guidance

I draw on intuition as a way of staying deeply attuned to what’s happening in the moment—within you, within me, and in the space between us. I pay attention to the felt sense of our connection, the subtle shifts in emotion, energy, and expression that often reveal what words cannot. This embodied awareness helps guide the pace and direction of our work, allowing the process to unfold naturally and with care. My hope is that, over time, you also come to trust your own intuitive knowing as a resource for self-understanding.

Parts Work

Through the system of Voice Dialogue we learn a new way of being in relationship with our self, and the "Selves".  Distinguished by the process of developing an "aware ego" we talk with the different parts of ourself, that we can often times become over identified with, which can cause imbalance. By getting to know our inner parts, and developing an aware ego process we start to become the aware leader of our journey forward, becoming more able to identify the main characters in our life story. Ourselves.

This is an ever evolving glimpse of the ways I show up in relationship with understanding human emergence. I am subject to change.

Somatic Experiencing®

Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, Somatic Experiencing® is a trauma healing process that utilizes our ability to observe sensations in the body. Somatic Experiencing® allows us to work with the body as a guide; build trust, ease, and security within. Somatic Experiencing® is a body-centered, bottom-up approach that helps gently release stress and trauma held in the nervous system. Rather than focusing only on talking about the past, we pay attention to the body’s natural signals—sensations, breath, movement, and impulses—as it guides us toward healing. By slowing down and creating safety in the present moment, your body can begin to complete what was once overwhelming and restore its natural capacity for regulation, resilience, and ease.

Psychotherapy

Having received my Master in Expressive Art Therapy, I learned to support intuitions and creative processes with the power of psychotherapeutic process. Inspired by the work of Carl Jung, my approach invites a dialogue with the deeper currents of the psyche. Dreams, stories, and synchronicities become gateways into the soul’s unfolding story—signposts from the unconscious guiding us toward wholeness. Rather than striving to fix what feels broken, we listen for the meaning beneath the surface, trusting that even our struggles carry the seeds of transformation. This work is an invitation to live in closer relationship with your inner world, where insight and understanding often emerge in unexpected, quietly beautiful ways.

Lifestyle

I believe that the choices we make every moment of everyday influence how we think, feel and act. Whether it is the food we eat, the water we drink, our sleep habits, our self-talk, spending habits and the movement or activities we include in our day, they all add to our success. Because I believe in the impact of our life style choices, I believe that lifestyle is a major part of understanding and living in wholeness.

Part of My story

I grew up on the open plains of southern Alberta, Canada, where the natural world was my first teacher, my refuge, and my home. Life on a ranch, with my horse as my closest companion, taught me to trust my intuition and stay attuned to the subtle rhythms of the world around me.

After my parents’ divorce, I moved to the city—a shift that brought its own set of challenges. Navigating loss, family mental health struggles, and my own attempts to manage sadness and loss of connection to self, led me into years of experimentation with substances and risk. Eventually, I reached a turning point—a moment of choosing life, and choosing to keep learning from it.

My search for meaning became a spiritual journey. I explored the world through art, dance, yoga, rock climbing, and meditation—drawn to experience life in all its colors. Then, a profound loss transformed everything: my son’s first breath was also his last. That moment reshaped me completely and became one of my deepest sources of wisdom. It is through his memory that I now walk as a mother to my beautiful daughter, carrying forward his quiet teachings of love and impermanence.

In time, my path led me to turn my intuitive and creative gifts toward helping others. I earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and later trained in Somatic Experiencing® to more fully integrate the body’s wisdom into healing.

Today, my work weaves together intuition, creativity, and somatic awareness. I continue to learn every day—both from my clients and from my ever-emergent return to the herd, where I reconnect with horses, nature, and the deep intelligence of the body.

This journey toward wholeness is one I’m honored to walk alongside others.

Sincerly,

Jamie Bell
